How can I withdraw my funds?
Once your trade is completed, the assets will be claimed to your Spot balance. From there, you can request a withdrawal and send them to any digital wallet you prefer. Withdrawals are processed instantly.
What if the other party doesn't complete the transaction?
If a party fails to complete the transaction as agreed, the trade can be cancelled or taken through the platform's dispute process. By default, if the transaction is cancelled because the agreed conditions weren't met, the escrowed assets are returned to the party who originally deposited them.
